You get the permit in the same day if ABH wants to give it to you. The only obstacle is if they interpret the law in such a way that they consider you need to have 2 years in Germany. You have 2 possibilities:
1) The best: Your husband is here for more than 3 years, then there is little chance that you don't get it.
2) For the other situations you have to fight a little. Maybe the company sponsors you for a lawyer.

The relevant law paragraph is §29(5)AufenthG and if you search in the forum with "29(5)" you will get all the details you need.
