Hi to all,

is there anybody knows about tax % on Bonus.
for example for 2000 Euro Praemie how much tax i(tax card 3) need to pay?
its very helpful if anybody forwards online caluculator to calculate tax on Bonus.

not only do u have to pay tax, you also have to pay social insurance. it will be treated as a normal salary and taxed accordingly. there is no calculator to calculate this seperately.

thank you for u r response.

Ya they took RV, AV,SZ it ok. But what is the % of Lohnsteur on Bonus? they took 25% (around). its more then the salary lohnsteuer. so out of 2000 i received only 1200+.

On tax card 3 also they took 25%(Bonus) of lohnsteuer tax. Normally on salary they cut around 13% of lohnsteuer.

tax and social contribution needs to be paid from bonus. you can ask the employee for a leasing car or some other training benefit instead of money. This would be profitable.

The tax is calculated for the whole year and you pay the average tax every month. Since you got a bonus, you have been pushed into a higher tax bracket, so you have to pay more. It is complicated and cant be explained here. Do a little research on your own.
