Hi all,
I have got a small and fast question please:
After getting the Niederlassungserlabnis, it is then possible to switch to another company in another city or even stop work and go to university?

After getting the NE you have no Restrictions, you can do whatever you want. Study, start a company, etc.

This means the NE does NOT have the company name on it??

I ask this because on my current Aufenthaltserlaubnis, the name of the company where I work is written.

So again the question: Does The NE have the company name on it??

The answer is NO, no restrictions of any kind
..but here comes the complicated stuff, some Officers wil only give you the NE when you have removed your restrictions (Auflagen), so egg and chicken dilemma. But in the majority of cases, the step is quite straightforward. Residence Permit with restrictions -> NE without any kind of restrictions.
