Max told me, that this is more than he needs, so we can stop it now.

I will wait until tomorrow, just in case there is still some money on the way and than I will advise the rest tomorrow.

Today I was in Arbeitsamt in Göttingen and apply for Arbeitslosengeld.
I did not have official information from the Beamter but I got clearly information that for such „things“ normaly I get ‚sperre’ for 3 Months.
It was clear to me that my Ex Arbeitgeber has already there sent also ‘the personal info letter about the terrorist and fraud and …..”
I have never seen such hate and so bad person in my live doing all over 'certificate for the worst person in Germany.
He just wrote for me over all abut me, so bad and he just want me immediately out from Germany.
I have received written form from Arbeitsamt for today meeting and information that ‘Arbeitbescheinigung’ is already there. The one that I have sent to ex Arbeitgeber and he has to return to me, but as I have heard and see, it was already sent direct to Arbeitsamt with ‘personally appropriate letter from Arbeitgeber’.
The man was nice, and told me that they make decision according the papers that they have, although I have told him that I am for hospital and I am so badly sick.
So…answer was that he will do any in his power and if I do not receive telephone call from him till end of this day, then I got receive Arbeitslosengeld and visa otherwise….
Unfortunately the process in Arbeitgericht is status ‘Q’ because he did not wrote or answer (ex Arbeitgeber), as my Lawyer hire inform me with purpose to win on time and I get out.
So … no me…no process, no pain for Mr.XXXX
He win I lose.

About the visa....the Beamter said that he need anything (in my case Arbeitslosengeld Bescheinigung)so he can give any kind of Visa. For how much long, I do not know.

Hopefully, you will get ALG and visa too.

One more thing, you could do at this time. Just try to fill forms of "ErziehungsGeld" for your children. I know, it would be strange to talk about, but my Tax-berator told me that if one loses job and as with Green-Card, one gets Erziehung Geld for 6 months, instead of 2 years, therefore, because of "No Job", one may claim for the "Erziehung Geld" at this time.

So, give it a try meanwhile and hopefully, it should work in your case.

I want to update our information. I just talked to Mrs. Ponert, our VPMK lawyer.

She is really angry about the whole case and what she told me makes me angry, too.

I can not tell you all the details, but ...

Max did mistakes, no doubts. He was to 'leichtgläubig' 'credent' but the main problem comes from his former employer. He tries everything, with the help of his lawyer, to get rid of Max, to push him out of the country. It is easy to guess why, but I can not write it here.

The local alien office is not cooperative and the officer in charge has a lack of information about the law and the so called 'Ausführungsrichtlinien'.

The 'Arbeitsamt' will not pay the unemployment benefits before the case has been decided by the law court in February. And the alien office does not want to give Max at least a 'Fiktionsbescheinigung', because he has no money.

But nevertheless, Mrs. Ponert, Katja, is sure, that Max can win the case and she will fight, that he does not have to go. The problem is that Max has no income at the moment.

Maybe Katja and I will drive to Max's town next week, to talk personally to the alien office officer and the Arbeitsamt.

We also think about sueing Max's employer. We surely will fight for Max and we will succeed at the end!!!

MAX! Do not do anything without talking to Katja or me before! Do not go somewhere and ask us always!

Well, there are some stones in the way, but we will push them away :-)

Let me guess... The ex-employer had some tax evasion money scheme he was using Max for. If it comes to the court and Max mentions it, it will look pretty bad for him, so he wants to be sure Max is out of the country asap. You don't have to say anything, just wink. ;)

Many things happen during one day. Today I was also all day on way and fighting over my future.
I will be very, very happy if I see personally Mr. Detlef and Mrs. Ponert soon.
You are all my family and if I see Mr.Detlef and Mrs. Ponert personally I believe I will stand up on my feet. As I told I am very sick and doing all things with my last power.
It is true all about my status and I was many months before talk about it and I did not have any option to do. I was having my fear about it and it has happened.
I hope, I hope it will be over soon. Today I have sent Fax to Mrs. Ponert.
I am non-stop in contact with Mr.Apel and Mrs. Ponert.

I like to thank you again to all of you for your help, support and cooperation.
Thanks very much to Mr.Detlef, DvD as initiator of all this an all of you, all of you who has financially support us in our difficult times.
I have received ALG from Arbeitsamt and soon I will be able to pay all other dues and return to all of you the money.
In mean time the mess with the ex Arbeitgeber continuing and I wait the result.
I am convinced now as saboteur and terrorist, beside and among other things from him to show me in all Germany as the Osama Bin Laden.
Also the not corporation from the Ausländerbehorde and cruelty from the Beamter is in hand of Mrs.Ponert and as I am informed will be soon over positive i.e. we will receive Visa.
As Mr.Detlef said, there are some stones on the way but will be cleared soon.
Also I am on court with the ex ‘Vermieter’, because she did not want to pay our caution back, did not answer on the questions of the Lawyer why are some things written wrong in the ‘Heizkost Rechnung’ and she did not want to pay back the ‘half Miete’ for the last Month.
Huh....
It is not over yet. As one other big problem is the Visa question. That is in the hand of Mrs.Ponert.
I deeply hope that I will receive a positive answer from Köln about my luck for the job.
After Christmas I will start with writing the book and I hope will be interesting for reading.

a Nobel price for fighting for the course(progress) of Trust7-members(GCs) from

However it maybe too early to pop the cork of champagne in Maxx's name,Detleff,

I do not need money any more because I got Arbeitslosengeld since 1.11.2005.
The vacuum time need to be more resolved from Arbeitsamt the ex Arbeitgeber and Gericht.
I hope on some positive.
I do not look for new job since 3 weeks because I wait some answer from previous try and I do not know what will happen soon about Visa.
Mrs.Ponert told us to wait few more days and it will be all OK.
As I said before Ausländeramt has already give its prosecution simply taking the written complainants from ex Arbeitgeber that I am saboteur and terrorist in Germany without leaving the case to Court or some relevant authority to bring the truth on light.
I was pushed to madness from the Employer and simply convinced from him. The fight over the relevant Authorities was very, very difficult without Lawyer.
Yesterday I was to hospital and got infusion at last because I have since 1.11.2005 social security.
I got clinic shock because of the injection but I have survived.
I am still hanging and hoping on visa.
I do not receive the money from Arbeitsamt but as soon as I receive I will return yours finance support to all of you.
So...I have more 3-4 days till final answer, then if I do not get Visa, I have to go.
So till Monday I receive the answer and inform you.
