Hi Guyz
I have one question to ask, I was in Germany living for 61 month working and paying normal taxes. I left Germany on Jan 2006 to work in NON-EU Country. Intially I had GC and after that I had BE at the time I left Germany.

I have got again one offer from same German firm I was working.

My question is , if I come back to Germany, Will my immigration process (permanent residence / citizenship ) start again from scratch , or I can count my 5 years in it ?

i think, you can count those 5 years for the citizenship, till then(2 or 3 more years from now) you have to "survive" with just Workpermit. anyhow, pl. refer citizenship law.
