Hi,

iam looking for a 2 room apartment in Nurnberg, yesterday i have seen one house. i like that house in all respects but the only thing is color. Presently that house is painted with light yellow color.
Now my question is:
if i take that house do i need to paint that house with white color before i leave (consider after 1-2 yrs)? (according to new house laws)

You can talk to owner to get an understanding about painting and get it written in the contract. Do not believe in oral words. In germany generally it is important to have the caution deposited on some joint bank account, so that the intrest is also added to that account.
