I am here in Germany on long time employement visa, so I am going to apply for residency permit, but first I need to have a valid health insurrance, so I tried a lot on internet like mawista.com but found its not valid for longterm employees, and in public insurrance I am not interested.
Can anyone suggest me the best suitable and reasonable health insurrance private company in Germany (not public like TK).

I found many companies but some has their price on web and some not, some were asking only for dental insurrance, but I am not sure where to go? So reply please if you already choosen a good company and also accepted by ABH.
Kindly suggest some insurrance companies for long term employees here in Germany ...

There is not a one size fits all policy suitable for everyone.  You should consult an independent insurance broker (not agent!) with experience dealing with foreigners.
