I was working Germany with work permit through some indian company.Now i would like to work as externl through some company.I have not worked in germany for 2 years and 8 months.What are the procedure that is required to change the work permit from my previous company.

I have the following information with me but don't know how far it is true.

1.If you are working with some company for three years then you can go directly to KVR and take of the company name from the work permit.you might need to show the proof that you are working with German company for three years like payslips,bank transfer for salary etc.

2.Others says that,if i have the offer from some other company i can directly change the company name .no need to wait for three years.

Can anyone please guide me on this.

ERRATA: Sorry for the mistake(I have not worked in germany for 2 years and 8 months),it needs to be read that i worked for 2 yrs and 8 months.

Normally you have to finish 3 years to get the BE which u mentioned in Nr (1).

Before we can answer Question (2) we need some more details like

1. When did u leave to India and is it for vacation?
2. Are u still legally working in Germany?
3. Did u study in Germany?
