Hello,
If I have einbürgerungszusicherung and I have already applied for RENUNCIATION of my old citzenship,
Now if a child is born to me after I have applied for RENUNCIATION of my old citzenship. Can my child get German citzenship if he was not born in Germany.

but dont worry, you can apply for your child and wife at a later period.

Yes we are expecting a child with in one month, and RENUNCIATION may take 2 to 3 months.

I am not sure, what your child's nationality will be. But if you have NE and lived here for 8 years, your child is automatically eligible for German citizenship provided he/she is born in germany. Why dont you just visit the einbügerungsamt and ask what to do? They can provide you with the necessary information
