Hi
can anyone tell what happens if I get PR in Germany.
do I need visa for countries like Eastern Europe?

At the moment, I am GC, but still, I need visa for these countries.

Do we get somekind of GERMAN AUSWEIS with which we can travel without visa, just like Germans do?

"do I need visa for countries like Eastern Europe?", yes, as far as they are not in the Schengen space, you have to get one.

"Do we get somekind of GERMAN AUSWEIS with which we can travel without visa, just like Germans do?", no, simply because you're not German, it will just be a normal visa on your passport stating that it is "unbefriestet", nothing more, nothing less.

only with citizenship you get german Ausweis and Pass. you can get CS after 8 years.
NE or PR is just another visa in your old pass
