One of my lost his job (after 2 yrs in the same company..having BE visa) and yesterday he received termination letter also.
1. could you write the procedure to get the arbeitlosgeld.
2. does he needs to approch the lawyer (compulsory)?
3. is it easy to get arbeitlosgeld or its a complicared process?

Go to the arbeitsamt with the termination letter and register now irrespective of the last working day. Arbeitsamt will give your friend a form to be filled in by the employer, which he has to give back to the Arbeitsamt and thats the end of the story.

2. does he needs to approch the lawyer (compulsory)?

If the company has give the required notice as per the Contract then your friend does not need a lawyer.


3. is it easy to get arbeitlosgeld or its a complicared process?

It is actually easy and not very complicated.

Reading all your previous post i would say this friend is no one else but you.
The best option is to consult a lawyer or go to Arbeitsamt as here one can only give you suggestions but no real solution and also when you approach a lawyer or go to Arbeitsamt be honest and don't say you are doing a favour for your friend

u dont need any lawyer ,the process is as simple as doing masterbation.
register to arbeitamt the very next day of ur kundigung(it is very necessary to register as early as possible)
and do what they ask to do nothing difficult but small amount of paperwork.
because here in germany every work related to government takes time thats why it is
wise to register there as early as possible so that u recieve ur geld at time.

the employer has to freischalten that day for (not included in any kinda leave)+
u can do as much as u can vorstellung gespräch as employer has to freischalten all the day for u (again not included in any kinda leave).

As all said no need for a lawyer,
But i want to add something to above posts:
Also inform your Health Insurance That you have registered for arbeitlosgeld.
You may required to send some forms to your previous employer(s)(last 1 year)for some details.
Also be ready with your previous ArbeitZeugniss (if you have, else ask for your previous employers).

its really my friend (he was very disappointed eventhough i told him that you will arbeitlosgeld without any problem). i dont have any hesitation to present my self if i loose my job.
