I'am a GC since April 2002.

Just changed the job, came to München and got the new visa:
Valid like the old one till 07.06.2007.
2nd page says:
Unselbständige Beschäftigung gestattet
Selbständge Tätigkeit nicht gestattet.
Keine weiteren gültigen amtlichen Eintragungen.

And they told me also that I don't need new Arbeitsgehnemigung, my old one with the name of my old company is valid unlimited time and for any company.

Can you please tell me what is good or bad with my visa, to me it looks fine.
I don't know my rights if I loose the job.

And I have no idea what would happen with my girlfried if we engage, she is living here longer than me, but she was a student. She has Aufenthaltstitel only almost the year, and plus 2 which is the maximum for years studing (regardless that she is here almost 6 years all together). Now if we merry somehow is she having rights to work or not?

Any comments appreciated.

your visa is good. you can do everything except have a firma. even if you lose job your visa is valid and you do not need to go to ABH.
