Hello,
India & Germany signed the social agreement on 8th Oct 2008. What changes will happen to pension afterwards, Can you transfer pension to India after you relocate to India. Will it better than before where you have to wait 2 years, Can now we can immediately transfer pension to India including company part.

this will not come into effect into till German parliament in Berlin approves it.

It applies only to Indians who come to Germany on intra-company transfer. The host German company need not make contributions towards pension payments. Due to which the Cost to Company (CTC) towards employee reduces,but take home salary for employee is the same.

It is advantageos to German employers.

I am sorry the signed agreement does not have answers to ur questions.
