I have been working for more than three years. In few months my contart will finish and I will be looking for a new job. I have paid more than 36 Rente. Its mean, I would not need Arbeiterlaubnis. Presently there is company name on my visa.
Now if I apply for a now job and new company ask about Arbeiterlaubnis?
What should I reply. I wander; I do not have any document showing that I have Arbeiterlaubnis.

that's not correct what you think, You still need Arbeiterlaubnis for any kind of job.
What you can do is to approach ABH and ask for BE Visa as you have already worked more than 2 years.
Once you get BE, then you can work with any company.
