I bought a new disk and at wxp installation after disk is formated when files are being copied to disk i get beautyfull blue screen and the message above.
I checked disk on errors so it's probably not disk.

What else could it be?
How to check it?
How ro repair it?

Usually you see this error message at startup, if you have a faulty/incompatible memory.

But if you are sure its not memory related, here is someone else with similar problem:

DvD, what was the message in the blue screen BSOD?

It was the RAM.

Did you change the RAM or you just cleaned the connectors? Most of such page faults stem from the dust in the case, which causes mostly the electrical features of electronics components malfunction.

that in topic title. I don't remember the rest

I cleaned the dust but it didn't help.
Or do you thing I should clean connectors with some cleaning staff?

I took one RAM out and the screen stayed completely black at boot. I thought, screen is dead or I found the dead RAM.
With other RAM everything works fine.

BTW, does anybody has driver CD for FSC Amilo M 7400? I can not find it at the moment.

Yes, preferably pure alcohol. You can find it in drugstores. Or "eau de cologne" should be also enough. I always cleaned my AMD motherboards with cologne for years, especially for dust around the connectors.

I have some staff for cleaning of the screen.
Could it be usefull for connectors?
If not could I use Schnaps (brandy)?

BTW I found CD at home and update at FSC site.

Yes.

Noo, never ever! Use it for yourself, but not to the computer emoticon Such alcohols include particles of grapes or some other organic liquids like sugar, which might hazard the electronics.

It must be pure alcohol, used for medicine reasons, special chemicals like the one you use for screen, or eau de cologne, which has 80% alcohol. Alcohol is a volatile liquid in room temperature, therefore it suits such things.

Take a match, put a little cotton on it. Put some alcohol onto the cotton and sweep the dust on the connectors. In a few minutes the alcohol will be away. Or take the things used to clean ears. Put some alcohol and so forth.

And drink Brandy with Cola emoticon
