1) How riky is to change from an indian company to german company considering the risk associated with job security.OR is it better to work in germany thorough some indian comapnies.

2) how are the job options (with BMW,Seimens,O2 etc) if you are not perfect german speaker.Where i can get more information about the agencies in Germany.

If you are talking about job security you are in the wrong planet dude. Stick with the indian company. 2. you resume will most probably go to the unRecycled bin.
