Hi All,
I am working in Germany since 2 years and I have Blue card. My wife and son visited india due to contract extension issue they are in since 4 months. Please let me know how long they can stay there? My contract is extend but I need to shift from one place to other so it require some time to get house n all. As I heard they cant stay more than six month in India. Please suggest me how long they can stay in india.

6 months without informing ABH
more than 6 months with ABH permission
