Or other visa needed to study?? Second question (if spouse can study).. Then can spouse work partime while studies or for that also workpermit is needed???

Hi,
The spouse can study without taking any extra visa if you have come here on Spouse visa. It is also possible to do 400 Euro (or Euro 335/- per month if you in family medical insurance) Jobs without any work permit. But if you want to do real part-time work then you do need a work permit. But if you have married a German National then you will get a work permit right away(I am not sure but i think so).

The Trust7 members can correct me if my info is wrong.
