I am from india and my girl friend is an European.
After our marriage we both want to live in germany.
She is a lithuanian by birth. She is studying a bachelor's degree in Lithuania and want to study her master's degree in germany after one year.

I already work in India for an MNC Software company as a consultant.

We both want to live our life together in germany after one year. She would like to pursue her master's degree and i would like to work in germany and support her.

Since she is not basically german by birth, which visa should i select and what options do i have?

Need your expertise. Please suggest.

I am not even sure that your wife may work in germany.

From the 1st of May 2011 there will be complete freedom of movement for Lithuanians and citizens of other eastern EU member coutries. Once you get Married the paperwork will be the same as for other "old" EU countries.

Thanks all. I dont have visa yet. We both are planning to marry soon. Will i get to work in germany? We are not so much concerned about germany. She is even thinking about living in london but i heard the law is now strict to keep indians away. Please suggest where i can marry her and live a wonderful life with her.
