Hi Everyone,

I have NE (not EG Daueraufenthalt).

I have a good job offer in Prague. They are sponsoring/guaranteeing my work/residence permit there.

Is it possible to keep my flat in Germany, live here on weekends at Germany , and work during the week in Prague and keep NE ? What happens with health insurance, abmeldung, anmeldung, ummeldung, social distributions ?

Does anyone know when Czech republic join Schengen system ?

I think I urgently need a german passport or lawyer.

Any input welcome!

To put it short. It is not possible with NE.
You need NE EG and since everybody that has NE has also right to get NE EG if he works, it shoud be no problem.
