Can any of you help me in preparing the letter? What all details to include and whom should it be addressed to?

Any sample letter from people who have already applied for spouse visa would be of great help.

Hi,

I recently prepared an invitation letter for my wife. In this letter, I included the following points:
1) Relationship with the invitee (i.e. lawful wife), date of marriage and reason to invite her (due to my employment in Germany)
2) Wife's accommodation arrangement (i.e. size of apartment, number of rooms and address).
2) Financial status (i.e. employment and gross salary)
4) Residency status (i.e. resident permit given by, valid from and valid until)
5) Health insurance info
And that's it. I end the letter requesting Consulate to approve wife's family reunion visa.
