Hi,

I have been called for a telephonic interview with ATOS
Worldline, as this is my first interview in Germany. Could anyone share me
your interview experience.
what can we expect in a telephonic interview.

Hi,

Generally any interview in Germany will be in following syle
1. they will explain himself and about company around 5 to 10 minutes
2.listen carefully thier words. do not interfere in between the talks.
3. you can say YES in between : indication that u following them
4. first they will tell about tasks and projects also
5. then they will ask about your technical strengths .time depnds on your domain and skills matching
6. personal strengths and week nesss
7.they may ask about german language
8.about your family (married/not married) if married how you will mangae to bring
9.why you are looking for change?
10. listen carefully and talk very slowly.
