Dear All,

Currently I see some difficulties in my job.
Anytime I may get kundigung. I would like to have a lawer. I heard that if I pay some money every month , I may get a lawer whenever it is necessary. Could anyone please let me know details.

only if you buy a Berufrechtschutz insurance!
but it has a 3 months waiting months period.
Mean if you buy 1st of March, you are protective from 1st of June.

You should look very details what kind of lawsuits are covered.

the one that I use is concordia.
they listed the example in their website, you can read from there.

for your case, you have to wait till you get termination letter than you can go to lawyear to check if your termination is legal or illegal.

If your expectations are right, it's too late to insure yourself accordingly. Because insurance will pay for your lawyer only if you get a "Kündigung" after first three month being insured, and if your expectations are right you will get it earlier.

Does it mean, I will need two lawyers:
One for general purpose and other for job security purpose?

How can I get such lawyers.
