I think I have read somewhere that work permit is issued for high qualified person include high education - equal to diplome or master.
however I have seen 1 case where an un-experience Bsc holder got a work permit.
Anywhere no fix rule is the rule in germany, I will say it depend on how significant your company in that city.

In my case, I have to submit a proof that I have finished my education and university issued a statement that I have completed my education include examination and details certificate will be released later.

good luck!

PEEK80,

a person having a student visa is not allowed to work in a full-time job in Germany, no matter what you do (even at thesis phase).

You must finish the school or abort your education so that you can start working in a full-time job in Germany.

Ausländerbehörde (Office for Foreigns) will never issue you a work/residence permit as long as you are student on paper.

Exception is to do your diploma thesis in a company, but again you have there a student visa.
