Well you dont have any right to sue the company as they are going according to the rules.

Well first you register in the arbeitsamt and then think whether you want to find a alternate job or get arbeitlos geld for 6 months and get kicked away.

Is it true that you need to register in the Arbeitsamt as soon as you know that you´ll get fired?

not that you'll get fired, that you're fired.

When you receive your Kundigung letter, you're already fear, the only time you pass in the company after is only according to the contract, but you *are already* fired.

I see you did not get very useful answers but your questions were a litle bit wrong.

You should try to get rid of firma name in pass.
As a GC you should have visa binded to IT, not to company. You should get some kind of BE in IT.

Search a forum for BE. then try to get it.
Above all you will need luck.

so BE= Beschäftigung Erlaubnis is general work permit not binded to firma.
if you have binded visa, than no job => no visa.
with BE you can even lose job but visa is still valid.

that leaves you enough time to search for job until your visa is over(4 years) instead of few months that will be given to you by ABH (6 months max).

That with patiency NoBody said to me. It is something with Citizen. What you need is not patiency. You need to act quick. Explain on phone your ABH that according to law your GC should be binded only to IT becuase §46.2 says so.
