1. Highly Qualified category is no more valid from 1.8.2012......if I am not wrong, May be old law still apply to ppl already here!
2. You need 60 RV (5 year pensionfund contribution)....if the new law applies!
3. Blue Card is limited for max. four years
4. If you have German university degree you already qualify

But there might be an indirect way.....You must check first with authorities.... Apply for Bluecard and then for Nietherlassung....
at the moment different ppl has different opnion about this
