Book (English) for learning theory of driving
Answer

Dear All,
I am doing my driving theory class now.
As the class is in German, I hardly understand some words.
I had to buy copy of some sheets in English. But they are not like a book. I also got some exam paper in English, these are also very confusing.

I am looking for a good book in English. If you have one, please let me know. I would like to buy it.
My email:asmfiroz@yahoo.com

Thanks

If you already have driving experience - just learn (memorize) exam papers and it will be enough - at least I did like this emoticon

Hi,
Where do you get the exam papers? I am also planning to appear for the theory test soon. Can you suggest any good english books?
I searched a lot on the net and also on Amazon.de for english books but have not been luck so far.
Cheers,
Kiran

@ASM

You don't have to worry. Most of us went through similiar experience.
you required to have a certain percentage of attendence for the lessons
before you're deemed fit to take the exam according to most schools whether
your German is good enough or not.Except ofcourse you're lucky to locate a school
that does it in english.

I would advise you to get a recent Book and study it carefully.
If you're able to read through the book and practice exams carefully; you got no problem.

As for the Practice exam.If you have an upright and nice drive teacher.
I'm sure he/she will walk you through the drill. While you learn;try to master the orientation of the
area and maintain your confidence.

Winners do what losers cannot do.

Good luck !

Hi Aalvarez,

Das grundlegende Problem mit der deutschen Mentalität ist, dass Lösungen regelmäßig als Probleme betrachtet werden.

you dont seem to be pro-german anymore -emoticon schade!

You wrote in your post last days that your new job in UK beats Germany in all categories, can you share which categories you mean?

Apart from that, because u lived here some years, and now are working in Uk. As IT Profi how would you compare (UK and DE) regarding career growth and familie life ?

If you get a chance to get NE, would you decide to return back to Germany ? -emoticon
