All, I have a query,
If my spouse goes on Study visa , can i go on dependent visa  ? Please let me know.

Yes, and No
Yes- When she has regular income (scholarship or stipend etc. with which your family can lead a life here)
NO- When she does not have any income

PS:Student jobs and income from them is not considered
