Hi,

I have a job contract till February 2005. If I get a new job before in December 2004, can I already apply for Work-permit for the new job in December even though I am still working in the old job ? Ofcourse the old job will finish in 2 months later in February.

Yep you can and you better, nobody knows how it's gonna be handled in February, so if you already got the contract, do your thing.
