First i am thankfull to all of you that you sent me many comments for the help but now again very dangerious problem.Help needed again.
Please answer for this too.
As you know i am fired ! and now my employer is saying me that may be you want to disturb our network and the database program you prepared for our company or you want to do something that it not run after you go from here.He is saying that he heard from anywhere you said to any body although it not true.
Can any body tell me if he just tell a lie to authorities by doing something himself it would be really problem for me how can i escape this conditions........... ?????????

Isn't it about time to visit a lawyer *now* rather than sometime later?

Here is a piece of serious advice: If you are merely seeking for moral support in the fight against your 'evil' employer, continue posting drips of vague information in Internet forums. Otherwise go and see an English spoken lawyer specialising in German employment law *immediately*.

So what problem did actually come up with your salary? Is your November salary late? Yes, you have more than three weeks to start a court case for re-claiming unpaid salary. The first step should be to talk to your boss and kindly remind them to pay. Did everyone else get paid?

I would strongly advise you not to even think about manipulating any of the systems or software on your employers site. Don't even discuss this issue with any other employees on site. Tampering with IT systems can be a serious criminal offence, where authorities may have to start investigations based on reports from e.g. your employer. The authorities can not know in advance whether these accusations are true or not but they would definitely ask you to comment on any accusations as well.

Falsely accusing someone else of a criminal offence is illegal either so your boss is unlikely to report you to any authorities just to annoy you.

NB: I kind of get the feeling there is something more to all these stories than you really want to tell us. So what exactly did happen?
