I have a question for you guys. Its kinda URGENT!
Let me state the case before i ask the question:

Case:
A guy living in Germany for past 3 yrs. Worked for more than
2 Yrs and was jobless for 11 months before finding a new job.
A month after working with this company, he lost his job again.
He had gotten a new visa due to this new job in this company.
Visa does NOT state the name of company in the Visa only as follows
"nür gültig für die Tätigkeit als IT-Fachkraft".

Now as soon as he looses his job he looses his workpermit (Obviously). His Visa is valid till May 2005.He has already claimed 11 months of Arbeitslosgeld and just left with 20 days worth of Arbeitslosgeld. He can claim rest of the Arbeitslosgeld (I believe so).

Question 1:
What happens to his visa? Does he need to goto Ausländeramt and get his visa cancelled even though there is no name of company mentioned?

Question 2:
If he doesnt have to report to Ausländeramt(Legally). Will he be able to get Arbeitsloshilfe? If 'YES' then how much % is it?

Please try to mention your experiences as well. Try to avoid 'Guessing'.
