The GC-holder's spouse doesn't have work permit for the first year. If she find a job in the second year, it must be approved by the arbeitsamt. if there is an EU-citizen for that job, than the
non-EU-citizen-spouse cannot take the job.

It is our first year in germany. My wife learns now german (5 day in a week), but after a few months the course will finish. It would be "zu langweilig" for she being at home, because she doesn't like to play computer games (or computers at all!!) :o)

Can she find any part-time/full-time job, that doesn't require work-permit?

she can try to learn something.
Ausbildung or even Uni.

btw it is so hard to get job in G that she can start now and she will not find it in year.
She has to find job where there is no German or EU Bürger available.
It is imposible.
So it is better that she finds some school for 2 years and than she gets AB so she will have much more chances to get a job.

we think also like you, the best thing is that she continues some program at the university in germany.
