Hi to all,

one month back i applied for DE-EG. Today i received a letter from Ausläanderamt with list of documents(mentioned in letter) that i need to submit in Jan 2010 to get DE-EG.

one of the document name is "Unbedenklichkeitbescheinigung vom Finanzamt"

is there anybody having an idea about the above mentioned document?

Are you a freelancer?
The document states that you have paid all the taxes and there is no default. So take the letter from the ABH and go to your Finanzamt. They will issue with this letter.

No need to go there, yo can download the form from the internet, fill it and send it to Finanzamt, they will fill it and send it back to you. Just search the web for the form A40.
