I am a Masters student here in Germany and currently am doing Praktikum in a firm and they are willing to offer me a Job.But the problem is they are not offering good salary.The personal department is worried about will I get work permit with low salary .They asked me to bring any rule saying that there are no restrictions on salary so that they can write a contract.It will be very helpful for me if anybody could provide me information regarding this clause saying that there are no restrictions on salary.

Yes, You have the possibilty to get a Arbeitserlaubnis with the salary they offer. What the company needs to do is that -
i. the company has to write a letter stating your specific and special qualifications which they did not find in any German. So you are the only guy to do that specific job.

ii. the company has to prove that they offer the same salary to a German for the same position of the job in that company.

if the company can prove those 2 issues, you will may get your workpermit.
