I wonder if I qualify for NE?

I completed my PhD in 5 years from a top German university. I'm working as a postdoc since 2 months now. (Total stay in Germany: 5+ years, have paid no taxes during PhD years)

I have published 6 papers, 2 of them in very high impact journals.

I work in a very specialized area of biological sciences.

I'm not earning 63K+ in salary.

Your thoughts on whether I qualify for NE or not will be appreciated.

If yes, which documents will I need for applying for NE. Thanks you !

Keep on working as post-doc in current position.
Then you have chances to get §19.
