I am GC working in Germany for the last 5 years. I will get my NE by next month. Now I would like to relocate to England. The problem is I need a work permit. How is it possible to get a workpermit. Unfortunately I have 5 points less to meet the HSMP requierment.

The 'easiest' way to get to the UK without HSMP is to get a job. It's not as hard as it seems since most UK companies are prepared to sponsor the right candidate. Depending on your nationality there might be other entry ways, if you are from the Commonwealth, you can apply for a working holiday visa, and once you get a good job and they like you, they will most definitively apply for a permit.
