Hi All,

I am working in Munich, Germany since 4+1/2 years. Now I got a new job offer. As my work permit is valid only for current employer, I have to get new work and residence permit. My new employer is Munich based.

How do I change my work permit to new employer? I will appreciate if someone can provide me forms (filled by me or employer) and process of getting new work permit.

Will it still be a Green card or (un)limited work permit ….???

It was very simple ... no forms .. nothing ... It cost me 10 Euro and 2 hours at KVR. Total work took less then 20 mins rest was the waiting time. Now I can work anywhere. No personal business. One question, do still I have to inform the Arbeitsamt for my new job? Cheers,
