FAQ or not FAQ, that's the question...

As many know, I've started gathering questions that could be relevant to a FAQ on the site, as a lot of people keep on asking over and over questions that have already been answered throughout the forum.

And I would like some help from you and I hope Detlef will allow me and authorize this: please list in this thread all the questions you thnik relevant to a FAQ. I will keep on adding them to my list and take time during my free time (and I got a lot these days) to cruise the forum and start collecting the answers to the questions so they could be in a real FAQ. And so we have people answering kinda upset "RTF" (Read The Forum) but asking to simply consult the FAQ and will be pleased that people read the FAQ then and if and only if the answers are not clear then post their questions on the forum (In case they have questions, as sometimes, people only feel to write something, and this is continually pleasant).

Thanks *.

D.

Nobody, what is the current status of your FAQ efforts? I am slowly getting the idea that you are too busy with your business stuff and no time to deal with that, and I don't see any FAQ link on the site. Am I missing here?

People are asking the same questions again and again, and people are talking about some basic stuff with extremous corner-cases in deep, breathless discussions, which makes people feel bored...

And the performance of the web site is getting worse. Searches take a lot of seconds now..

What are your opinions and what is the current situation?

Dear NoBody and many others,
I have learned a great deal from people like yourself as well as others who studied and followed the development of the Immigration law and in my opinion, could be more informative than many Lawyers out there . The experience gained is valuable for many of us. I hope this FAQ will take off.
