i am planning to start visa process for my wife in December (B.use marrying in Dec 2nd week). i have gathered most of the documents according to list provided by Embassy.

iam holding BE visa. from Oct'08 i changed my job. as you know i need 3 paystubs for applying visa. After Dec only i will get 3 paystubs with same company name.
my qus:
1. to apply in Dec is it suggestable to provide last 2 paystubs from present company and the 3rd (Sept'08) from my last company??

2. or its better to wait till Dec end (then i will have 3 paystubs from same company) and apply in Jan 1st or 2nd week??

They really do not care from which company the pay slips are, All that matters is "payslips".

I am not sure whether with only 2 pay slips, i think some have applied for dependent visa with 2 pay slips. they were not asked to submit the third one.
But finally it is your decision.
