There is also a possibility to rent the apartment starting in Feb 2012. Beautiful furnished fully-carpeted 2-room ground-floor apartment with garden and terrace for short to long term renting (64 m2, Falkstrasse 20, Berlin-12053). The apartment is located very central with all necessities (shopping, public transport, daycare, school, doctor etc) within 5-10 min of walking distance. Yet, the apartment is very quiet (ironic!!) and has a family-friendly neighborhood. The famous Hasenheide Park and Tempelhof Park are within 15 min walk. The net rent (including all utility cost) is 525 Euros.
