Hey Guys,

I was in Auslanderamt for getting a verpflichtungserklärung to bring my parents here. I was in this many times before and they are always friendly. May be b'cauz it's a small town. I asked the beamter here abt my possibility of getting NE. He was quite aware of the new law and he told me I just need to come 3 months before my Visa expires and bring with me a declaration from my employer and that would be all they need. I guess thats a good sign.

Could you please write me the details of verpflichtungserklärung... I mean what are the conditions that you need to fullfil to take your parentswith you...is this limited for 3 or 6 months or....
