If you find a flat with the following landlord, you should reconsider to move in.

I have feeling that this company take foreigner who doesn't speak good german or understand german system as their prey.

Usually the Kaltmiete is okay, but they will eat you in the Nebenkosten, came out with a fantastic NK in the end of the year emoticon

so be carefull!
