Hello everybody

Right now i am in confusing situation.please give me your suggestions or answers.

I have open workpermit(BE) valid till 30 nov 2010.unfortunately i lost my job from 01.09.2010 due to bad job situation in germany.Still trying to find a new job but still notyet.Right now i am getting my arbeitlos geld ( will get suppport for upto 12 months).I have following question in my mind.

will i get again openworkpermit(BE)visa or any other special visa like job search visa from DEC 2010 onwards

Normally you are entitled a 2-3 months visa so called Fiktionbeschenigung,you should go and ask in Auslanderbehörde for that.

From which branch you are ? which work field?
