1. anybody pls explanin me what are the different types of job contracts exists in Germany.

2. from Oct 1st i moved to an another company after having 2 yrs of experience (in small company). Last week i observed that in employers list it shows my name and in brackets Werkvertrag (for others i dont see this werkvertrag).
do i need to be careful with this type of contract.

just in case your German is not good enough for the link from Raj.

In short... the 'Werkvertrag' is not your problem. Your employer has this contract with his client and you are the 'tool' - sorry for this expression ;-) - to fullfill the contract. Or a part of it.

The contract which is important for you is the employment contract.
