Folks ,

I came to know recently that non EU passport holders,living in Germany will need to inquire a new Electronic Residence Permit starting 1 May 2011.

Does any one know how we should proceed ? its stated that the current Residence will be valid till end of April 2011,so logically starting May,man need to apply for the new one !?

Little correction

Its not true that Residence Permit will be valid till end of April 2011.

Current Residence Permit will be valid until their expiry date.
For example, if you have a Residence Permit which is valid until May 2013, that will be valid until May 2013, you do not need to change before that date.
