I am here on dependent visa
and i got a job.
and
i dont have workpermit.
the company doesnt know about non EU policies.
so they inturn asked me to find out information.
In this regard
i want to ask how the contract should be.
Actually they are giving a contract stating
20-40 hrs per week
and also offering just 14 euros per hr.
Can I get work permit with this contract?

Hi,
If u r on a dependent visa then u can not work untill u complete one year of u’r stay in Germany,but for IT jobs this should not be a problem if u have a full time job offer.
The company can apply for u’r work permit or u can also do it going to the Auslanderbehorde/Arbeitsamt with the offer letter that u got.
I know people with dependent visa who have got the workpermit for a permanent job, for a freelancer I do not have any idea.
The best thing would be approaching ABH.
