I have NE and my Tax class is 3.2

I would like to start a consultancy(software) firma here. i.e, I continue my work with my company and do my private consultancy also.

Now my questions are:

i) is it possible?

ii) if so, what is my new tax class?

iii) To whom should I contact ?

As Ashkay said, it is completely possible, but the only thing I would ask you to do before doing it is to check if your contract with your actual employer doesn't prohibit it, if it is, it will bring you in trouble with him, you will have then to ask him to change that clause in your contract before starting it.

There is also a point to see in all that: if you will contract with people in the same or nearly same business as your actual employer it could be difficult for you to get your employer to agree with that as you will be contracting to competitors of him and he can fear that you steal technologies from him and propose them to your contractors/his competitors.

So better talk to him first.
