Hello Everyone!

I have got into a complicated situation where I would like to have your suggestions/comments.

Initially I was a student in Master programe at a German University. On completion of course of that programe, I got admission into a one year postgraduate diploma certificate with scholarship at another university.
I postponed my thesis by taking one year break from the first university and went to study postgrad certificate course. Now I have almost completed one year studies but also have got a BAT IIa/2 (wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeiter : mit 20 Stunden wöchentlich). So my questions are:

- Can I work on my postponed Master thesis as a wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeiter?
or
- I would have to suspend that Master course?

Dear Nasir,

You could do your Master Thesis doing your BAT job. I did the same but you need to have strong reasons and the dean of the faculty has to accept along with the Personnel department of the university which provides you the job.
