1. I had my GC stamped prior to 2005 jan.
2. The GC issued was tied to my Firma, that means once my Firma kicks me out I am out of D after 6 months ( If I dont get a job before)
3. DvD Suggested that I strike out the firma name from the GC.

4. Today I had been to AuslanderB, they entered the following, Selbstaeding oder verglichbare unselbsteding Erwerbstaetigkeit nicht gesatatted.

unselbsteding Erwerbstaetigkeit nur als IT specilast gesatatted.

5. Later he also mentioned that before 4 weeks of expiriry of this visa, please come back to get the NE !!

yes it is BE for IT.
if you are not 3 y in D you are not entitled for complete BE.
but for you is important that you are not without visa in case of losing job. you can search until your 5 y are over instead of 6 months. even than you will get some extension.

the only thing you can not do is work at McDonalds but you did not intend to anyway.
