Hello Group,
For getting loan in my home country I have to show my bank statements for previous 6 months. That is not a problem, issue is they are asking me to provide it in English. My Account is with Citibank and they dont offer any statements in English. The only Idea I have is to get them translated from German to English. Any other solution?? Did someone from this forum face similiar problem??

One alternative is to give your german bank details (such as account number, bank address and contact person)to the Bank in your home country, and have them talk between them. I had to do this when I opened an account in the UK.

well citibank do provide all statements in english...do you use internet banking? go to citibank.de and use online banking (eng) and then every thing will be in english. i also have citibank account and i use online banking in english

Hello Memory,
The User Interface is in English, but the transactions are shown in German. I had a word with the Bank today and its impossible to get transaction details in English, as their SW is in German(their official statement). I am finally going to get them translated from my home country, it costs a bit but saves hell lot of time.
